Terms & Conditions

  • If agreed Drive2Detail requires access to one electrical plug socket and a water outlet. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that these are available on site.

  • If customers vehicle is heavily soiled with substances such as mud, bodily fluids, pet hair, mould or other materials that will require extra attention, additional charges may apply. Drive2Detail will discuss these charges with the customer before carrying out the work.

  • Drive2Detail is a mobile business and is equipped to handle most weather conditions. However, if weather conditions become unsafe or prevent work being performed effectively, Drive2Detail reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.

  • Cancellation of an appointment must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled job. If the cancellation is made after this time the customer will be charged for the full price of the job, unless otherwise agreed by Drive2Detail.

  • Although great care is taken, Drive2Detail are not held responsible for the loss or damage to any personal possessions left in the vehicle prior to works being carried out.

  • Any large and/or heavy items left in the vehicle when the work is to be carried out will be left in the vehicle, any part of the vehicle blocked by said item will not be cleaned unless removed by customer when requested.

  • The maximum wait time for Drive2Detail is 15 minutes from arrival or job start time, whichever is latest. If the customer does not show or vehicle is not available to work on after 15 minutes Drive2Detail will leave and full job price charged to customer.

  • Drive2Detail respects the privacy of customers and may use photos of the customers vehicle for advertising. If the customer does not want their vehicle to be used in any advertising they must inform Drive2Detail in writing prior to job completion. Drive2Detail will only use customer information for the purpose of providing car valeting/detailing services and will not share any personal information.

  • Some work require a deposit upon booking in. Any deposit is non refundable.

  • Upon application of any paint protection it is the customers responsibility to ensure the car remains dry and moisture free on the treated panels for the duration specified by Drive2Detail. Drive2Detail shall not be held liable for any failure of the protection resulting from the customers failure to adhere to the specified guidelines.

  • Drive2Detail shall not be held responsible for any premature failure of paint protection if the car is not exclusively maintained solely by Drive2Detail on a regular basis.

  • By using Drive2Details services the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. 

  • Drive2Detail reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
